Does anyone have the Tobii eyetracking setup?

I'm considering having a tinker with the Tobii eyetracking setup, but first need to know if it's compatible with a couple of sims I have. Is it something that has to be implemented as part of the game or does it work with games/sims out of the box.

The game usually has to support it.
A lot of games don't, on the basis that it's assistive tech and tantamount to cheating. FPSes are the most common for this.
Actual sims such as flight or driving often welcome it, though.

You might find you can still bind the Tobii as a secondary axis controller.
