¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I found this great little utility, which allows me to control the speedstep, does anyone else use it and how are you testing your undervolting settings to be sure that it is not unstable?

I don't think I'd want to, I've not had any overheating issues that would even make me think of it.

use cputest to test for stabliity http://www.coolbook.se/CPUTest/CPUTest.zip

It acts like the Intel Speedstep so Your macbook's Speed and voltage will lower at idle also tweaking the voltages will make your Macbook run cooler and also increase the battery life. For example, The default voltage on full load is 1.1750v but i set it to 1.0750v and it runs 100% stable, also when running on battery i've set it to run at 2394Mhz when at full load instead of 2527Mhz to increase my battery life.
