Does anyone know Apples policy on dead pixels on the iPhone ?

In the last week or so my iPhone has developed a stuck pixel in the centre of the screen that is very annoying ! The nearest apple store is a 70mile round trip so I don't want to waste my time going unless they will fix/replace it. Does anyone know there policy on dead/stuck pixels ?

Did you get it from the Apple store or O2/CPWH? If it's the latter then you could always pop into one of those.

All O2 want to do is send it away to apple leaving me without a phone, they also can't say if it will be covered or not. So I could have no phone for a couple of weeks and then get it back with the same issue.

There's a dedicated number for O2's iPhone team, I think it's 2302, but don't hold me to this! Anyway, they may be able to help

They (Apple Store) replaced mine without question for dust under the screen, so I would think you should get a replacement for a defective pixel.
