If the current patterns are followed, expect some kind of capacity bump in jan/feb followed by a refresh in june/july.

There will probably be a 32Gb bump in January (announced). This may take a while to filter to retail.

Might also see the processor in the Iphone changed to the one used in the new Touches next year.
