I remember reading somewhere a while ago that there is a website that allows you to enter the kit number of all of your lego sets and will work out from there which other sets you could build with the pieces you own already.

Does anyone know where this site might be?
 
Bricklink is primarily a marketplace, but they may do pieces lists, I'm not sure.

Try peeron.com or brickset.com - they definitely have full inventories of pieces, and they may be able to do what you're describing, though I've not come across that specific functionality.

Looking at it, peeron.com does have this - look in the "My parts" section. And it looks like brickset.com have the same, under "My sets", which looks the same but doesn't sound so much like you're talking about your genitals.
