Does anyone know the name of the song from these adverts? (Haart & iPod Shuffle)

The songs I am after are from:-

Haart (Estate Agent) advert....it starts with some pieces of music memorobilia (Marc Bolan's tambourine is one of them) then says something along the lines of 'some things are worth more to some people than others'

and the other is

iPod Shuffle.....I think this advert is just shots of people torso's dancing with an iPod Shuffle clipped onto their clothing.

Anyone know the names of the songs in these adverts? I've checked commercialbreaksandbeats.com

As for the Haart one I have rang the company up and asked them and used shazam 8520 but that couldn't tell me the name either!
