Does anyone know why?..

Is anyone aware of why everyone seem to have recieved less Wii's than promised?
Its become quite clear that less units have arrived for launch than were promised to retailers, leaving many people, inc me, stranded wii-less for who know how long.
So does anyone have any idea why its happened?

Have Niny routed many of them to NA? have they been held up by customs? Stolen?

I thought that because there went any manufacturing problems that they would have plently, especially enough to give shops what was allocated to them.

Does anyone know?

I think just like everybody else before them, they overstated slightly how many they would get.

Also, just because they have no supply issues, doesn't mean they have loads of factories assembling them.

However, from what I heard, it shouldn't be long before more shipments arrive.
