Of any websites where I can hire someone with fairly decent photoshop skills. Was hoping to have a xmas picture done to send for my sis as she is travelling the world at the moment.

Not sure about any websites to comission people, but what are you after? I'll give it a go for free (call it a Chrimbo pressie)
 
Well a snowy scene with a christmas theme with her in it. Trying to find a picture that will fit it though is very difficult. Are you on msn or anything?
 
Just a suggestion but rather than hiring a 'photoshopper' and getting some hick montage with peoples heads on santa, how about going out in the snow we've just had before it disappears.

Either hire a photographer and take some informal shots in a park (do you have kids? looking for a family shoot?) with making snowmen/snowball fight/sledging or grab a friend with a camera and experiment.

I'd rather receive a nice framed family pic, playing in the snow than some ghoulish photoshop that will get put out at christmas and then forgotten:D
