Does anyone name there rig?

Yes, much easier remembering the name for the network, than something with random numbers in it.

If your just talking generally then it's just called desktop or htpc.

The computer name is Cray-2, always has been, always will be. It's a personal joke to myself because it isn't very powerful. In real life I just call it "the computer"

No. It's 'my computer', or to Windows, Simon-PC, while my laptop is Simon-Laptop. All makes sense really.

We do at OcUK! :)

If we called every system "The Computer" on our website would got confusing. Usually if there is a project going on, a name is usually given then. But I just name my personal system "The PC". :)

Take a look at all the PCs in the Build log sub section of Cases. There are plenty of named computers in there ;).

TITAN DECIMATOR!!!!!

Mine is now officially called Boris.... until I forget or come up with something funnier.

But no, I don't name my rig. It's just 'the computer' in most instances, if I actually have to be specific (like if I'm talking about transferring data/programs to it from an old PC), I refer to it as the 'HAF'.
