is overclockers good with returns, ive already gone out and bought a new psu and I dont see why I should have to mess about just to be able to use the graphics card

When did you buy your card?
If its below2 weeks, you could ask for refund, if above rma to see what's wrong wih it.
Best to talk to ocuk customer support on the phone or via webnote, you will get fastest answers that way.

I've had it not even 2 days as soon as you Google it it turns up many results with people getting the crash I wouldn't mind I've spent £300 in 3 days even upgraded my PSU thinking it would solve it

I dont really know much about overclocking but I think the voltage is locked

I doubt it is mate. I would suggest trying a tad more voltage and seeing if it solves it. There are a few guides on using MSI AB to do it. It is very easy.

I could TeamViewer in for you but you'd have to trust me ;)

Good luck

I got a pair, they do 1170 and 1530 (6120) on the RAM before having enough, maybe one is worse than the other but I set them both to the same clocks.

ok thought id try something new, forgot the 280x had a bios switch switched it to 1 from 2 and so far I cant see any crashes but will need to test it more, is it common for this to happen? no bios has been flashed as its on the latest according to oc guru what it comes with f31 i think its on
