does anyone rate OCCT test program thingy?

is this the test program of choice or is prime95 better? or are they the same?
im having a few headaches with my overclocking and just wondering if there were any problems with occt

i ony used OCCT to test the rails as it gives them little graphs and as a quciky cpu test, otherwise its the stanard 12+ all day and all night prime, possibly SnM

I like OCCT for a quick test as you're overlcoking the rig but you really need to run prime to make sure the system is stable.

which test is best then with prime? which is the one that comes up with a result at the end saying its been running for so many hours fine etc?

They all tell you how long they've been running for. Best is Small FFT if you just want to stress the CPU, large if stressing RAM and blend if both.
