Does anyone use DDR3 Ram in a Gigabyte EP35-DS3R?

I am currently speccing a brand new system for the missus. Now I currently have 4x1Gb sticks of Corsair XMS2 in the board and it runs a dream.

The board has 2 slots to take up to DDR3 1333mhz Ram and I was wondering of anyone else has this board with DDR3 Ram in and what type is it?

Will I really see much of a significant difference with 4Gb of Corsair 1333Mhz?

I currently have the XMS clocked to 900Mhz and it will push to 1000Mhz but dont want to fry the board as there are 4 sticks of it.

The EP35-DS3R only supports DDR2 RAM so it's very unlikely you're going to get a positive answer to this.
