Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone alternates between 2 mice? Say, 1 for FPS, one for RTS.

I have a Logitech g600 which I use all the time. However today I managed to get a brand new Steelseries Sensei Raw in a clearance price for £7.97.

I figured that was too cheap to pass-up and Ive just plugged it in.

Seems like a nice mouse, more like my old Logi G5.

For FPS Games I can see it being good, however for Dota I am comfortable with my G600.

Ill probably keep it as a spare, but would be interested in seeing if any of you run two.

i do, i have a g500 for everything other than FPS games which i use a razer Lachesis

@ iseries now and been useing both, also use 2 keyboards g 15 and wolfking warrior for fps

Not in a very long time, I find the Zowie FK great for everything, I used to use 2 different ball mice depending on game before optical mice were a thing though.

I have exactly the same as you, I use the G600 & Sensai Raw black 2 ops edition, that are always plugged in, I use the Raw for Fps games, which I got for £19 and use this most of the time, been using it for a few months now, but I getting a bit of wrist ache
(also got a stored away mx518 which I feel is more comfortable and supports the hand better, with the little wing where the thumb can rest, and most probably a better mouse than the Raw for fps games, might start using that again )

and a G600 which I use for GW2 and RTS games, but I had to go through Logitech many times as they sent me 3 non flashable G600 before they finally sent me a flashable G600 so I could update the firmware to stop getting lag/pointer delay.(but now I have 4 G600 lol thanks to Logitech)

guess I got the mouse buy itch I am looking at the G502 or Roccat Kone Xtd as I have large hands, even thou I don't need another mouse :l

Could you tell me more about this? I think my mouse is just ad default firmware anyway. I dont really use the buttons right now but I would like to know its as good as can be.

use a Razer naga for mmo/moba type games.

and use a Razer deathadder for fps. the naga is just not comfortable for fps games.

heres a link about the firmware issue, and only way to fix it is with flashable g600 you ll need to call logitech

and this is the lag I was getting you will notice when playing fps games try a fps wiith the g600 and put it on a high dpi then swap to your sensai raw you will notice it

Thanks for this post. I've had some of the issues mentioned here with this mouse and unfortunately mine is one of the ones that doesnt allow the update too.

Ive contacted customer services now.

I have my Razer Imperator 4G for my gaming system and use a wireless Microsoft mouse for my laptop (work). I did own a G500 for a short time but I can't handle the different feeling of two mice. I get used to one, and can't use any other.

Good stuff they might send you another or a few more unflashable G600, but keep trying you will get the flashable one eventually, if you have any problems with customer support,
just email them the 1st link i sent to you about firmware and that should do the trick

Just means you ll have a lot of G600 that you cant use with fps games but are still ok with MMO's and RTS games
or just give the non-flashable ones away

I use a Razer Lachesis ambidextrous but I'm strongly considering buying the left handed version of the Naga too, as I think they only made 1000 in total due to lower demand and it definitely would be better for MMO's etc.

I tend to use a logitech m570 trackball for general use, surfing the web etc, and swap to my logitech g602 for gaming

Got the trackball because my wrist was starting to ache, is ok now I use this combination

I've got 6 mice, mostly consigned to the drawer of doom as I didn't get on with them. I only play fps so I stick with one mouse for everything, (Sensei RAW) I could see the point though, especially if you're playing MMO/MOBA etc. I wonder if having multiple mice with it's accompanying software could cause problems?

Hi there, just an update.

Logitech sent me a new mouse and it was able to update the firmware. Since doing so the mouse has been much better than before and the Sensei Raw is back in the box :D

Thanks for the info mate.
