Does anyone work for OpenReach?

Switched from BT to Sky a few weeks ago and not had internet since. Sky says the order is stuck on the openreach IT systems and nobody will sort it. I can't contact openreach myself, and sky are struggling.

I know it's a long shot, but if someone knows of anyone at Openreach who could help I'd very much appreciate it.

Sky need to try harder, that's your best approach. See if you can find the email for one of their execs and normally their staff will handle this.
 
Hah stuck tickets/orders on BT's system are a nightmare if its like I had a few years ago it goes round and round in a loop until someone contacts executive level complaints.
