Does chip board burn?

Need to get rid of a load of chipdoard and the best way to do it is to burn it I think but does it actually burn because I know it's not a solid wood it's just made up of little bits, any ideas?

Take it down the tip?

I would but I have no means of getting it there and I just want rid of it now.

Didn't realise it had loads of toxic glue in it looks like I will leave it outside until I can figure out what to do with it.

It's all very well saying that about the local council but Kirklees really are rubbish and it'll probably take them a few weeks to come and pick it up.
