I was wondering if I was playing my pc on monitor at 1080p via displayport then connected an hdmi to my living room 4k tv if I chose duplicate displays would it affect my gaming performance and frame rates?

I dont want to play at 4k on the tv.. happy to stick on 1080p its more just for comfort.

Cheers

not sure,if you duplicate displays wont you have to set the tv to 1080p same as your monitor?

I have triple 1080p and if I use surround or single and still play on only one monitor I cant say I have noticed any difference in framerate

I Dont think it does, be good for a benchmark test though :D
Run couple games on the monitor alone then again with TV also enabled.

Thanks,

It loaded Metro Exodus fine but for some reason Sekiro just goes black then the app closes. If I have just one display in it works fine.

Any ideas?
