Add whatever cooler you want then. I'd go for the R9 390 over the 970 because the extra VRAM will surely come in useful over the next few years and performance at 1920x1080 between the two cards is pretty similar.

EDIT: Just seen your post, looks okay I think that motherboard will be a bit overkill, you should definitely swap that PSU out for a better brand too. The higher wattage Corsair units are decent but the CX series is basically the budget line and as far as I'm aware they use cheap parts within, better off sticking with Seasonic or Superflower and don't get too hung up on the wattage, you'll probably only need around 650 watts at the most, especially if you go with an Nvidia card.

Thank you so much for that , I will choose another PSU and I did not mention that I'm running 3 screens so I suppose the R9's extra VRAM would also benefit my 3 screen setup ?

If this is for gaming then how about getting the best card you can afford?

This CPU+board bundle will be back soon, I did a guide how to overclock it here - https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18690667

Or making it look all black+red+pretty,

I forgot about the Nano, its actually faster than a R9 390/390X.
