Click on the "User CP" link at the top of any OCUK forums page.
Then find the "Edit signature" link on the left panel. Then you can enter what ever you like and it will appear after every post you do, automatically. Just make sure you stay within these rules for your signature (the "What is the signature for?" bit).
The TRUE should be great, really nice and cool. As for the fans, i'm sure they will provide more than adequate cooling. 39 decibels is quite loud though, if you find they are too noisy you could invest in a fan controller to bring the speed/noise down a bit.
