Does Extracting software differ?

If I were to extract an iso with 7zip then extract the same iso with winRAR would the files be different, when you use different extracting software is there a difference in what you get out of them or will they be completely the same

They give the same result. I haven't meet a file yet that WinRAR couldn't extract for me.*

There maybe a strange file not recognized by WinRAR out there, but I haven't come across one yet in about 8 years.

it's like asking

"if I pull something out of a bag with my left hand will it differ to if I pulled it out with my right hand?"

the content of a 'zipped' file doesn't change regardless of the program used, just need to make sure the program you use supports the file format(.zip, .rar, etc).
