Dumb ass question, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Student loan is finally in, which means I don't have to eat like a tramp anymore. woo.
I've had a real hankering for a nice bit of gammon. The sort you cook with the crispy outside and the sweet sweet meat within. (Any recipes I'll be glad hear).
My main problem is that I would try and keep the gammon for a day or two (unlikely as I'll probably be dipping with mustard all day and night
), but I don't want to place it in the communal fridge, as I live with a bunch of thieves, and a succulent bit of gammon would be gone in no time.
So the question is:
Can I leave the gammon in my room, possibly near a window etc? Will covering it in foil help etc?
Thanks
