Does gts 250 overclock well?

Yeah I'm going old school again, I've decided I'm just going to get an xb1 in a week or 2 as Windows 10 boot is annoying me and I've only been playing titanfall mainly on 8.1 as far as demanding goes.

Anyways as a result I found and picked up a Inno3d 512mb GTS 250 for £8 over the weekend to test out as got to be better than Intel 4400 and in theory should make titanfall look less like a 360 lol, but I haven't tried it yet as I'm not with my computer, so just curious about its potential as I never researched too much prior.

But no, probably not great as they were a rebadged 9800GTX. Maybe 800 on the core?

Ha wasn't sure if anyone would reply, but thanks and I never new it was a 9800 as I some some of them from £10-20 lol.

But anyways not to worry it's going back, just had chance to run it in my computer and the fan is noisy as, sounds like the fan blades touching cables but it's not then when I thought it started to quiet down it made another strange noise.


Guess this is why the previous owner traded in as well as upgrade, but oh well I happen to need a dx11 card now, got the email code for BF1 early access so need something to test it.
