Asus P8H61-I LGA1155/ Intel H61(B3)/ DDR3/ A&GbE/ Mini ITX Motherboard

I have a DvD combo drive, a ATX PSU and a HDD already.

It is a standard ATX PSU & a normal 5.25 DvD drive, but I should still be fine wit no modding right? I should be fine with heat there are 3 fans on the case.

I run a GD-05B gaming rig with a lot more heat and power usage than you intend to put in your case!
You wont even need all 3 case fans for what you intend to run in it,the one near the cpu sucking air in will be all it needs.

No you won't need to mod anything,it will all fit without issue.

Awesome, I think it is odd how the top has the smaller vent though. I plan to get this to cool the CPU, Thermaltake Slim X3 Low Profile 36mm Height CPU Cooler CLP0534. The CPU fan is not needed I guess it just seems odd not to have one.
