Does it exist???? Help new mobo!

Iam looking for a motherboard that supports:

The new Intel - Core 2 Duo (45nm Wolfdale)
Ddr 2/3 ram
pci 2.0 graphics sli not essential.

I have £300 roughly to spend to spend. Keeping all other parts from me computer, except my current mobo and crap cpu.

Iam between the e8400 and the q6600 as most people are. Although swaying more towards the e8400 hence the 45nm capable mobo.

Depends what you mean by "exists". There are X38 boards that support DDR2 & DDR3 and PCI-E 2.0 but P35 (1.1) will work just fine with PCI-E 2.0 GPUs and *should* work with Wolfdale but you may want to check for BIOS updates that give "official" support (Gigabyte P35C-DS3R, Asus P5KC, MSI P35 Neo-Combo).
