Does it help having more then one rad ?
just for the cpu, and would a ek 4.0 pump be enough?

Depends on the rad size I guess, if it's a 360 then it would probably have no measurable impact. 120 would and 240 would be marginal, but unless it's a 120 I wouldn't bother personally (in fact I'd just swap the 120 for something bigger).

I have a 360, I was thinking of adding another 360 or 240 at some point

I have a 120 and a 240 in my case but only because of lack of space. probably a 240 alone would do for just the CPU.

I have a 360 and a 240, but plan on adding another pump at sometime and using one of those rads for a separate loop for my GFX cards, at the moment im just cooling the CPU.

For CPU only? A single 120mm rad would be sufficient (although maybe not optimal), but a 240mm will more than be enough.
