Does liquid pre-mix expire?

Just curious, bought some EK Cryofuel and and it's got 01/10/2019 on it .
Must be very old as I also bought some Mayhems Pastel about 3 years ago which I have a tiny bit left and that still goes up to 2024!

Are EK coolants just bad or have I got some old stock?

And well, does it really matter?
