Much like when my friend was out-smarted by Burger King staff.
He ordered something - the guy took his order - and then my friend said "You didn't say 'You Got It!'"
The server replied with "Well, you haven't got it yet have you".

I tried to order something the other day and they didn't have my first two choices, so I asked for a recommendation and he said KFC. Haha.

I did a stint working at McDs. There was deffo no off the books menu but obviously there's a lot of shared ingredients meaning they could make discontinued items. They wouldn't though.

The secret is to order something with a slight deviation, most outlets will accommodate this so long as they're not too busy, ask for a Big Mac with ketchup for example, they won't have it sitting around and you'll get one freshly made, the difference is night and day.
