Does my MB support 4 pole jacks?

Hello
I'm looking at a new headset but it uses a single jack for in/out. It says that the PC will need a 3.5mm 4-pole jack in order to use it.

I tried looking at the specs of my MB but can't see anything so thought I'd ask on here.

My MB is the Gigabyte P55 UD3

The headset im looking at has a microphone and uses a single 3.5mm jack.
So I'll need a splitter for single 3.5mm jack that then splits into 2x 3.5mm jacks making 1 jack for microphone and 1 for headset?
 
"StarTech 3.5mm 4 Pin to 2x 3 Pin 3.5mm Headset Splitter Adapter - F/M", found on the rainforest, seems to be what you're looking for. One goes into an output port, another goes into a microphone port, and then you connect the headset on the female side.
