Does my monitor have some type of audio output?

I own a LG 38GN950-B

I'm looking to buy some speakers, as it doesn't have any.

I have Displayport cable 4m from my PC to monitor

Do all speakers have to be connected to my computer? Or does this screen have some type of ARC?

You can use the Headphone Out with 2 channel stereo speakers, although better to use the onboard audio on your PC for less chance of interference IMO.
I've rarely had much luck getting decent audio out of monitors, might just be my setup though.
