it looks fine to me and temps are good for ibt on max now test it for your everyday use ie gaming encoding etc.

Because you set your vcore on manual, your VID voltage doesn't really matter, because the max voltage will be the one you manually set.

you can lower the loadline calibration, but because you are using manual voltage, nothing will change, psychologically I feel better seeing lower voltages :)
 
it just seems high for 4.3ghz 1.4v?

how much voltage does it use under full 100% load?

if I were you id use high llc and maybe +0.020 or +0.025v cpu offset(maybe more you would need to test for stability),enable all power saving

then cpu will clock to full clocks at load and downclock itself at idle,in speed and voltages
 
you need to lower llc then or cpu offset,it should go to around 1.3-1.35v at full ibt load

1.4v is too much for 4.5ghz imo
