Does Nero 7 have video editing capabilities?

Does it as i'm thinking of upgrading?

Any recommendations for a video editing package that is cheap and easy to use, just want it to trim down and split music videos i've recorded on to DVD.

Video redo is cheap and easy to use. very fast mpeg 1/2 editor and fixes any errors in the mpeg it might encounter so no sync issues if the mpeg is encoded to something else later.

womble video isnt too bad fast editor but isnt able to correct errors.

windows own movie maker might even do the job for you.
