Does Oblivion: GotY on 360 have the visual improvements?

Cast your mind back to when the PS3 version of Oblivion was released. It had an upgraded visual look which Bethesda devs said would be implemented on the 360 as a patch. I'm wondering if they've included the patch as standard on the 360 Game of the Year DVD?

I remember reading a patch will be added to the GOTY edition so I guess so

I appear to have been a bit vague - said console won't be connected to the net for the patch to be downloaded.
