Does OCUK and 'the other places' have a problem with overclocking GPU?

As above, does overclocking have any effects on warranty with places like OCUK and others?

And if bought from them, do you have to deal with third party or can you contact the manufactured if there is a possible problem?
 
No, as long as you only use a tool like afterburner then it cant affect warranty as they would have no way of telling anyway.

Bios flash is a different ball game if it dies with a non stock bios.

You can go directly to the manufacturer but your contract is with the retailer so you should always contact them in the first instance.
