Wanted to post this in the customer service section of the forum but that just links you to the help site, which doesn't make much sense to me as you are only wanting to post here if you've not got a reply from customer services. Does Ocuk have customer service agents?
My open web ticket for a faulty item hasn't had a reply in 3 full working days which is bad service frankly. Its only for a low cost order but competitors would have probably refunded me by now and just told me to recycle the item.
Also the returns address on the website says an address in stoke-on-trent? Is that up to date I know OCUK moved fairly recently. I'm thinking of just sending my item back with my order number and bank account details on and hoping for the best.
