Does phase produce noise?

Just curious about what is the most quiet cooling..... Except being in a mighty cold room

Phase is pretty noisy as you have some pretty potent fans and a condenser humming away (Think Fridge).

Yeah, seen that Zalman case. I think it was Tom's Hardware that tested it and found it getting pretty hot inside.... And the weight should be impressive
Would be nice if watercooling had the clucking sound af water slowly running in a creek
As I understand it from reading the sites you provided and the board here..... A combo of passive cooling and silent fans is the way.
