Does Qfan Make Much Difference?

Well summers here and the heats rising on my pc.Looking at qfan in bios does it make much difference to temps(not enabled at moment).my motherboard is getting to 45-47 degrees when gaming cpu is about 55-59degrees.
cpu is a 3800x2 is this ok or is it this stupid program pc probe squeeling for nothing.
