Does Red Alert 3 include single player Skirmish?

I had a look at a few reviews but didn't get a definite answer.

Does the single player mode offer a skirmish mode? Or just the story mode.

don't listen to the two people above. I loved RA2 and I love this more. Get online and get a mate to play with you and it is a lot of fun.

Don't worry I'm not. I love the game, I just needed confirmation that it had skirmish available before I ordered for £15, a steal IMO. Besides, it's worth buying alone for Gemma in her short navy skirt.
