Does Shuttle SX38P3 and SP35P3 exist?

Are these available anywhere in uk?

The models are announced on shuttle's site in june but I have not seen them mentioned anywhere.

I have been looking at the SP35P2 but it does not have wireless networking. (Dont really want to use a USB wireless adapter and worried a 8800GTS will block the PCI slot). Also I have asked around a few online shops and they have mentioned SP35P2 is end of life now which is why there is no stock. Is this true? is the SX38P2 now the shuttle to get?

Hiya

No, they don't exist. If you want wireless in your Shuttle why not use one of Shuttles own wireless modules, either the PN18 or the newer PN20 they mount inside the case & connect to the onboard USB connectors.

If the SP35P2 is end of life, then it never got a life to begin with as it only came out in November.

As far as im aware the SP35P2 replaced the P3 during the design stage back in July time, but i cannot be sure if the P3 will be released or not.

As for your network, ive been running a USB wireless adapter for a couple of months now and ive had very few problems, whether it be in games or browisng the web.

Im near sure i read somewhere shuttle were going to be moving onto other things as sales of shuttle pc's had slumped?

Shuttle have revealed several new upcoming models at CES including SX48P2, SA78SH7, SN78SH3 & SA78G5M. They also revealed a 22" Monitor & a $200 KPC system.

Looks like I will have to use a USB wireless Adapter (havent had good experience with them in the past)

Now I just have decide between a SP35P2 or SX38P2. More likely it will be which one I can find it stock first, they are both quite hard to track down at the moment.
