Does SOPCAST contain any spyware

Was planning on downloading this to watch some live footy streams from asiaplatetv.com.

Is there any negative effects to using this prog ie spyware trojans etc.

Also is there any alternative program that does the same thing?

Been using it for ages and never had any problems.

TVU is another good one (if not better in some areas than SopCast)

Thanks for that will give it a try.

Installed SOPCAST recently and a program I had been using without any issue stopped working the same day.

Think this was just a coincidence though.

But it made me want to try and get some more info on SOPCAST before installing again.
