i was wondering if theres a single 4GB So-DIMM PC5300 preferably or better out there? as i only have 1 memory slot with 2GB in it currently. its purely for interest just now was 2GB runs great.

Don't think there is, or at least, it wouldn't be cheap. It's likely anyway that if your laptop only has one slot, its max supported amount is 2GB anyway.
