Does such an application (like FRAPS) exist?

What I want to do is have some frame grabbing software that only saves a new image when the contents of the selected window change. Like pressing alt-print screen and having it save a new image each time, but automated.

Anything like that out there?

think it's called that.. useful for making guides, only caps changes

might be a better freeware alternative mind
