It has a 1:1 pixel mapping option, although you do have to set it each time you use it, the screen displays 720p perfectly, aside any poor compression artifacts
There's a difference between 1:1 mapping and aspect-correct-scaling.
Showing a PS3's 720p signal 1:1 would result in a small (but correct) picture with huge borders. I don't think many people want that on a 20 inch screen.
The reason I asked about the PS3 doing 1680*1050 is you wouldn't want to use 1:1 with a 720p signal because it would only use around 60% of the screen.
Even my Wii looks good in its tiny little box on my monitor haha
The scalings not too bad either, although I dont think so much of the stretch, or of the screens ability to remember the settings you like for stretching but tbh Im knitpicking.
