I have a Xbox 360 control pad for Windows Vista and wondered if the Xbox 360 head set will work with it? Seems like it would be a good addition to my Windows live games.

I also would like to know if there's a Black Xbox 360 pad for Windows I also wouldn't mind a black headset and 360 media centre remote if they make such a thing has I hear the remote works with Windows Media centre.

As its USB I would give it a guess and say yes. I use to use my PS2 SOCOM US Navy Seals headset for my PC (it was made by logitech and it found drivers straight away.) It was perfectly fine and was great for what I wanted....*

*until I sat on them one day:rolleyes:

What?

You asked if the wireless headset would work with your pc, and it will if you buy the Xbox 360™ Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows®

alsong as your pad is connected to your pc and working, plug the wired headset in and hey presto you have a mic, i used it for vent on wow when i didnt have a mic. i had my pad connected through the wireless reciever, i later got a wireless headset and that connects directly to the pc.

I have used the wireless headset with the receiver and it worked ok. Not brilliant but it worked. Only tried out of pure curiosity.
