Does the Asrock 960gm/u3s3 support 2 profile gpus?

Hi, I have the asrock 960gm/u3s3 motherboard and a Radeon 6450 gpu, I am considering upgrading to something like a radeon 7770 or 7790 but I am not sure if it will fit, I also have a 500 watt psu, is that adequate enough to run these cards?

500w is adequate but do you know the make and model of your PSU?

But either card should work without issue on your board.
