Does the "ASRock P4VM890" have IDE?

I'm in the market for a new socket 478 motherboard with PCI-E graphics, can't spend more than £30+postage.

I'm looking at the ASRock P4VM890... it has SATA, but I need to be able to connect 2 IDE hard drives and 1 IDE CD drive.

I can't seem to find much out about this mobo as far as IDE goes, can someone tell me if I can do that? Unfortunately going SATA isn't an option for this rig I don't want to spend more money on it!
