Does the direct x updates apply to Win7 users?

Obviously this is direct x 9 updates only.

Can windows 7 64bit users use this, or need to use these?

How come there is no dx10 or dx11, updates?

Im pretty sure its all inclusive. Its DirectX as a whole.

Yes, these updates apply even if you're uing dx11 or higher.
