Does the mobo need to be fully screwed in?

Hi all,
Silly newbie question but I've come across a problem while trying to install a new motherboard. One side of the mobo isn't fully alligned with the standoffs inserted in the case due to a very awkward case that makes the I/O tricky to position correctly. Thus the standoff near the I/O cannot have a screw inserted. I would have to force the screw in which would not be a good idea.
The rest of the holes of the mobo and standoffs match nicely and I can screw them all in. If I was to miss one out, would it have any problems?

Thanks for any help!

should be ok, cant you apply a little pressure to the far edge of the motherboard to get the hole and standoff to line up a little better? while juggling a srewdriver with a screw on the end with the other hand?

I'll give it another try but I've already fiddled enough with it. If I can get away with not screwing in all the holes, I would happily leave it as it is.

I got away with not screwing in all the holes, then I had a few problems but they just ended up being the CMOS battery (just took it out, then put it back in) anyway, so yeah, I dont think there would be TOO much of an impact. Maybe just not a noticable one anyway.

Okay with a bit more fiddling I managed to allign the troublesome hole with the standoff. Thanks for all your comments and suggestions!
