Does the Orange 'My Account' feature ever work?

Hi all,

I took my phone out on Orange about 3 months ago now, and since then I've been trying to register my phone and account via the Orange website so I can check my bill online. In 3 months, the exact same error message has been appearing to say its not working and is being fixed.

Has this service ever worked? :confused:

I've been trying to register my phone for a few months now. Never worked for me either

Glad it's not just me then

I've even tried different web browsers in the odd case it didn't like Opera, but still the same error with IE :\

mine plays up now and then but normally ok
