Does the Orange 'My Account' feature ever work?

Hi all,

I took my phone out on Orange about 3 months ago now, and since then I've been trying to register my phone and account via the Orange website so I can check my bill online. In 3 months, the exact same error message has been appearing to say its not working and is being fixed.

Has this service ever worked? :confused:

Glad it's not just me then :p.

I've even tried different web browsers in the odd case it didn't like Opera, but still the same error with IE :\
