No, it is a CPU, no cooler or paste.

Most coolers which cost more than £10 usually have a small satchel, that or thermal paste pre-applied - if anyone else was curious.

If you are spending that much on a CPU, buying your own choice of thermal paste is a must/common sense.

If it only came with a small sachet of paste, it's handy to have a tube incase you have to reseat the cooler for any reason.

To be fair a good paste is not expensive, getting a tube of MX-4 or something is the way to go, especially when getting that sort of CPU...

I mean, liquid metal would also work if you are up for a chance to possibly fry the motherboard.

No paste or cooler. You better off getting a AIO cooler
