Does the St20G5 support SATA 2?

As far as I can see the ST20G5 supports SATA 1, which is SATA 150.
You can still use SATA 2 drives though as they are backwards compatable. On the HD forum they don't think there's much diference between SATA 1 and SATA 2 drives anyway, it appears to be a theoretical data throughput increase.
