Does the Titan V work with Nvidia Sync II cards?

I don't know a lot about the subject but have had a quick look on google.
The Titan V does not look like it has anywhere to plug in the Sync II lead. On the Quadro cards it plugs in up by the power connectors.
I also know that mGPU is disabled with the Titan V even if you fitted a NVLink bridge on the available connectors.
The only way I have managed to get mGPU working is to run AOTS in DX12 mode.
